See All ReviewsThe food was great, and it had a really welcoming atmosphere. My Vietnamese dentist recommended it to me, saying I should try it if I like spicy Asian cuisine. I picked up the bang bang noodles, and we're heading back this weekend. Full transparency: I typically don't dine in for Asian food, so I don't have a review for ambiance or atmosphere. So I'll base my review on cleanliness, service, support, and post-transaction. All of it met or exceeded what I consider industry standards. Honestly, as a new customer, I'm happy with how things are going so far. I'm a local, and as long as the quality stays high, I'll definitely keep coming back!
We order from this restaurant often. Their flavors are delicious but the problem is they don’t know how to adjust spiciness of food. They offer spice level 1-5, then “extra hot”. A 1 comes out the equivalent of medium, so it only gets spicier from there. If you don’t want any spice, then don’t choose a spice level. If you want mild, there’s no choice here, it’s no spice to medium.
I ordered delivery with GrubHub (hence no star rating for Atmosphere). I had seen other reviewers comment that their food was spicier than they had requested so I made sure to request a level 1 (since there was no 0 option). The food, though very good, was much too spicy for me (and my GI issues)—I'd say it was a 3. Unfortunately that kind of ruined the meal for me. Unsure why they have such a problem following that direction but I will say they followed my ingredients list/substitutions accurately. Perhaps if I had dined in, I could've made it clear about the lowest spice level but for delivery, it's definitely an issue.
